About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Support the team in servicing insurance solutions for our valued clients
• Assist with documentation and data management related to insurance policies
• Collaborate with team members on client communication and follow-ups
• Prepare reports and presentations using MS Office and other applications
• Participate in team meetings
• Learn about insurance products, policies, and industry regulations

About the Team

The Client Servicing Team is responsible for managing and servicing insurance solutions as a local office. We ensure our clients receive exceptional service through efficient solution administration, timely communication, and proactive problem-solving to meet their insurance needs.

You'll gain practical experience in a supportive environment where your contributions matter and your growth are prioritized.

About You

We are looking for candidates who meet these requirements:

• University student - ideally Economics/Management major, but everybody else is welcome to apply
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Strong English language skills, both written and verbal
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn about the insurance industry
• Detail-oriented approach to work with good organizational skills

These are additional nice-to-haves:

• Previous experience insurance, finance, or business administration
• Interest in pursuing a career in the insurance industry
• Knowledge of an additional language

Minimum base salary for this job is 6.50 EUR per hour (20 hours/week).
