Description
The J.P. Morgan Wealth Management (USWM) business is focused on helping investors achieve their long-term financial goals and is comprised of the Chase wealth management business, J.P. Morgan Advisors, Personal Advisors and Self-Directed - our digital investing platform. The combined business has ~$600 billion in Assets Under Management and ~5,000 advisors located across 3,500 branches and 20 offices.As an Analyst on the Sales Strategy Support team, you will help execute and analyze client transfer programs, ensuring our processes align with business strategy and client needs. This position is ideal for a thorough and eager learner who can manage transfer opportunities, coordinate with partners, and ensure professional handling of client transfers. You will gather, document, and track client transfers, working closely with field leaders, advisors, and other stakeholders to ensure that client transfers are managed with professionalism and care. This role requires a diligent and detail-focused individual with sound judgment, capable of handling multiple priorities and committed to improving client satisfaction and business outcomes. Your commitment to improving client satisfaction and business outcomes will be essential to your success.
Job responsibilities
- Respond to field inquiries on the program, including process, policy, and reporting; communicate program and policy changes to leadership, managers, field, and support partners; maintain program overview materials and field call lists.
- Gather and document transfer requests; provide ongoing updates to Advisors and Managers while details are under review.
- Confirm transfer classifications with all partners and provide updates to Advisors and Managers after transfer finalization.
- Provide regular updates to Advisors and Managers; track transfers and coordinate revenue share review; submit revenue shares to the incentive system and coordinate with Finance and Controllers to execute economic arrangements across channels.
- Support reporting and analytics on identified transfers and results, including flows, revenue, and assets that will be used to keep managers and executives informed on program status
- Help identify risks and escalate issues, contributing to a solution-focused resolutions
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Possess 2+ years of professional work experience
- Detailed-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to balance and deliver on multiple priorities
- Think analytically and stay grounded in data to understand and analyze complex business processes
- Exhibit strong oral and written communication skills; capable of concision and brevity
- Exercise good judgement and a controls mindset; demonstrate discretion when working with highly confidential information, as decisions have a meaningful impact on Clients and Advisors and cases need to be handled with the utmost respect
- Demonstrate intellectual curiosity and honesty - seek out the truth and ground decisions in the facts; genuinely interested in leaving each opportunity in a better place than it is today
- Self-motivate with a strong sense of responsibility and initiative
- Ability to work effectively in a team and understand how their role contributes to larger team goals
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Experience in Wealth Management is a plus
