Information Analyst W/ Top Secret Clearance

A3 is seeking an Information Analyst that will serve on a program focused on providing analysis for inspection and monitoring companies that require access to or possess—classified information and controlled unclassified information associated with DoD classified contracts. In this job you will:

• Produce business assessments and source packages related to Facility Clearance (FCL) eligibility, foreign ownership, control, or Influence (FOCI) or other business vulnerabilities.
• Review and analyze corporate documents submitted by companies entering or participating in the National Industrial Security Program Oversight (NISP).
• Perform additional open-source research to identify discrepancies, omissions, verify FOCI and identify risk indicators.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data to provide actionable insights for business decisions.
• Manage records for closed cases and maintain overall inventory.
• Utilize qualitative and quantitative methods to analyze large data sets, identifying trends, patterns, and anomalies.
• Present complex findings to senior officials and stakeholders via written reports and oral briefings.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business (Management/Finance/Entrepreneurship/Law/Administration) or International Business, or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of experience in writing analytic reports based on review and application of critical thinking skills towards complex hierarchal structures and relationships.
• Basic understanding of international dynamics in relation to U.S. security concerns.
• Experience with security vulnerability assessments.
• Experience with mergers and acquisitions and complex business structures.
• Experience performing open source/due diligence research.
• Experience with various research databases and tools: Bloomberg, Pitchbook, Orbis, etc.
• Experience analyzing supply chain risk management.
• Ability to conduct all-source, business related research and analysis using government databases and other tools.

Clearance Level:

• Top Secret (w/SCI eligibility)

Location:

• Stafford, VA (Hybrid)

Salary Range:

• The salary range of this position is $90,000 - $95,000 commensurate with experience and achievement.
