Your new role

• Oversee and support HR operations, including administration, employee relations, and coordination with external partners
• Contribute to strengthening the company's HR structure
• Provide general HR assistance to management and staff, and handle additional tasks related to corporate affairs as assigned

What you'll need to succeed

• 3+ years of relevant HR experience in an SME
• University degree
• Native level in Japanese, conversational English
