Premier private club seeks a Head Coach to build a high-energy, fundamentals-first program that celebrates sportsmanship and team culture. Lead multi-group practices, manage meet operations, supervise staff, and partner with leadership on member experience. Ideal for a teacher-coach who communicates clearly and develops both swimmers and assistants.

Responsibilities:

Annual program plan; practice design by age/ability; skill progressions
Meet administration: entries, timelines, lineups; on-deck coaching
Hire/train/mentor assistants; performance standards & evaluations
Parent communications (weekly notes, meet packets, recognition)
Safety/risk management; equipment/lanes; collaborate on budget/merch

Requirements

Demonstrated success with age-group athletes
CPR/AED & First Aid; SafeSport/abuse prevention; (LG/USAS preferred)
Organization, communication, and member-service mindset
