Description

• Strategize and formulate periodic & annual budget, forecast and cashflow analysis, fund allocation and review periodic fund performance
• Review financial statements for group and subsidiaries, implement necessary internal control procedures
• Work closely with the company's investment team and third-party agencies (banks, lawyers, intermediaries, etc.) to ensure proper investment transaction processing and capital management
• Prepare regular reports for senior management and the board of directors
• Coach and mentor subordinates to foster career goals

• Bachelor's degree or above in Accounting, Finance or related disciplines
• Qualified member of CPA qualification is essential
• Big 4 Accounting practices background is preferred
• Strong financial analysis ability and good financial modeling ability
• Minimum 15 years of relevant work experience, ideally gained from fund accounting / fund management settings
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strong business acumen and of high degree of integrity and emotional intelligence
• Fluency in oral and written communication skills in both Chinese and English
