National Capitol ContractingPosition Summary
This is an ONSITE position located in Orlando, FL.
National Capitol Contracting (NCC) is seeking a Graphics Production Lead to support an upcoming contract (*contingent upon award*). The role will be considered an Assistant Site Manager for the Graphics task area, and will serve as the point of contact for the Government in the resolution of all technical and personnel issues within this specific task area.
Key Areas of Responsibility
- Create visual information products that appeal to broadcast/internet media outlets.
- Assist in monitoring project performance metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure contractual compliance and customer satisfaction.
- Support preparation of project reports, documentation, and briefings for Government and corporate stakeholders.
- Ensure all design work aligns with brand guidelines and project requirements.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and development teams to ensure cohesive design execution.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output.
Minimum Requirements
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Government security clearance.
- 5+ years of professional graphic design experience.
- 2+ years in a leadership role, and proven ability to assist in managing teams.
- Understanding of graphics support, graphics design, and support digital signage design
- Proficiency in the following design software:
- Adobe Acrobat, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Bridge, Adobe in Design, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere, Adobe Illustrator, Extensis Suitcase Fusion & Font Doctor, and Roxio Secure Burn Enterprise.
- Strong background utilizing MS Office products: Excel, Powerpoint, Word, and Publisher.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications (Not Required)
- Bachelors Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts or related field.
