This is an ONSITE position located in Orlando, FL. SECRET Clearance Required.
NCC is seeking a Graphic Analyst Lead to support an upcoming contract (*contingent upon award*). This role will serve as the primary point of contact for the Government in the resolution of all technical and personnel issues related to graphic design and illustration services. This position provides hands-on leadership while actively participating in the delivery of graphic and multimedia products required under the contract.
The Graphic Analyst Lead is an integral member of the production workforce and is responsible for both leading and performing graphic, illustration, and multimedia production tasks. This role is not limited to coordination functions and requires direct involvement in creative development, production, and quality control.
Key Areas of Responsibility
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the Government in the resolution of all technical and personnel issues within the graphics and illustration service area.
- Lead and actively participate in the conception, design, and production of graphic and multimedia products in support of operational, managerial, educational, and administrative requirements.
- Produce and oversee the creation of charts, graphs, diagrams, illustrations, cartoons, and computer-generated graphic files of varying complexity.
- Design and develop view-graphs, slides, publication pages, wall charts, status boards, nameplates, certificates, signs, and posters.
- Perform and oversee mounting, laminating, and finishing of graphic products, including custom displays and exhibits.
- Support the design and production of structural displays, exhibits, murals, and large-format visual products.
- Develop interactive screens and pages for websites or multimedia projects, as well as animations, 3D models, and multimedia presentations.
- Support video digitization, monitor display screens, electronic data transfer, and file format conversions as required.
- Ensure graphic products meet Government standards for quality, accuracy, branding, and timeliness.
- Coordinate daily work assignments, priorities, and workload distribution within the graphics production team.
- Review graphic and multimedia deliverables prior to submission or release to ensure compliance with contractual and Government requirements.
- Coordinate with the Site Manager and Government personnel to ensure graphic services align with mission needs and production schedules.
- Maintain professional customer service standards when supporting Government personnel at all levels.
- Assist with documentation, reporting, and tracking of graphic production activities as required by the contract.
Minimum Qualifications
- Active Secret government security clearance.
- Minimum of four (4) years of relevant experience in all areas of computer graphics, or art technology within government contracting or DoD environment.
- Bachelor's Degree in Art, Art Technology, or related field.
- In lieu of degree: Four (4) additional years of relevant experience beyond the required experience may substitute for the degree.
- Proficiency in graphic design, illustration, and multimedia production tools and workflows.
- Ability to manage and produce simple, average and complex graphic products.
- Ability to support multiple concurrent tasks and priorities.
- Strong attention to detail and quality control.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a production-oriented environment.
Preferred Qualifications (Not Required)
- Previous experience within the Navy or supporting Naval programs
