Our 18-hole championship golf course, complemented by a full-service practice facility and vibrant membership, provides an ideal learning environment for motivated individuals seeking hands-on experience in all aspects of golf operations.

The Golf Operations Intern will work closely with the professional staff in delivering a world-class member experience while gaining valuable exposure in all areas of private club operations - including tournament administration, merchandising, instruction, customer service, and outside services management.

Experience Required

• Enrollment in a PGA Golf Management University Program or similar golf-related field of study.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a genuine passion for hospitality and the golf industry.
• Basic understanding of golf operations and a desire to learn all aspects of a private club environment.
• Working knowledge of the Rules of Golf and tournament procedures preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Golf Genius, ForeTees, or similar systems a plus.
• Positive attitude, professional appearance, and strong work ethic required.

Essential Responsibilities

• Assist with the daily operation of the golf shop and outside service team.
• Support the setup, scoring, and execution of member tournaments and outings using Golf Genius software.
• Greet and interact with members and guests in a professional, friendly manner.
• Maintain the practice facility, including range setup, cleanliness, and organization.
• Provide starter and ranger assistance to ensure proper pace of play and on-course service standards.
• Learn and assist in golf shop merchandising, inventory, and display management.
• Participate in junior programs, clinics, and instructional support.
• Perform club repair, regripping, and assist in equipment demo/fitting events.
• Shadow and assist the professional staff in all aspects of golf operations and member relations.
