Join our Global Supplier Services team and help shape the future of supplier management at JPMorgan Chase. As a Vice President, you will have the opportunity to drive operational efficiencies, strengthen risk management, and build impactful relationships across the firm.As a Vice President in Global Supplier Services, you will play a pivotal role in managing supplier relationships, ensuring compliance with third-party standards, and supporting business engagement across the firm. You will collaborate with stakeholders to deliver efficient procurement solutions and foster a culture of proactive risk management and operational excellence.
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain client management program relationships at the sub-LOB level to ensure service level expectations are met.
- Manage, monitor, and track compliance with Third Party Program standards and policies across the line of business.
- Provide central oversight and serve as the main contact for business engagement requests, supporting timely completion and compliance.
- Monitor Third Party workflow progress to ensure timely processing and completion of tasks by key stakeholders.
- Maintain and publish the line of business "book of work" and related deliverables to promote a proactive management environment.
- Support the development and training of managers on GSS processes, tools, and service offerings.
- Partner with regional leads on governance, audit, and compliance requirements, and build strong stakeholder engagement models.
- Cascade information from global forums and committees to delivery managers and senior management as needed.
- Deliver TPMO duties in alignment with business objectives, TPO policy, and regulatory guidance.
- Provide senior management with key risk metrics and scorecards.
- Collaborate with the global SOS team, provide backup support, and contribute to ad-hoc projects, meeting administration, documentation, and action coordination.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, supply chain, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in supplier management, procurement, or third-party risk management.
- Strong understanding of compliance, risk management, and operational controls.
- Proven ability to build and maintain stakeholder relationships.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in training and developing team members.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Advanced degree or professional certification in supply chain, procurement, or risk management.
- Experience working in a global financial services organization.
- Familiarity with third-party oversight programs and regulatory requirements.
- Proficiency in process improvement and project management methodologies.
- Demonstrated ability to drive operational efficiencies and support change initiatives.
- Experience with data analysis and reporting tools.
- Knowledge of industry best practices in supplier management.
