This is primarily a field-based position, with events assigned in advance. Interns will not be required to report to the office daily. However, there will be some in-office days throughout the internship.

- Strong planning, organizational, event management, and multi-tasking skills.
- Proficient computer skills, including Google Workspace, Canva, Adobe products, and the MS Office suite, with the ability to quickly learn platforms such as MailChimp, Workday, and BlueGolf.
- Experience with social media platforms.
- Ability to present oneself in a professional manner and appearance.
- Tournament administration experience, preferably with a PGA Section or allied golf association.
- Participation in or passion for the game of golf (playing experience is a plus).
- Strong moral character and integrity with leadership qualities.
- Ability to work collaboratively with fellow staff members.
- Ability to lead and manage staff respectfully and efficiently.
- Team-oriented mindset, motivated by the success of the organization over personal gain.
- Ability to travel throughout the Minnesota Section territory.
- Willingness to work extended hours, including some weekends and evenings.
