Function of Position:
The Business Administration Department seeks applicants for a full-time, tenure-track teaching position with expertise in business fields such as Management, Marketing, and Entrepreneurship to begin January 2026.
Examples of Duties & Responsibilities:
- Teaches a mix of business courses, such as Introduction to Business, Management, Marketing, and Entrepreneurship, that address the fundamentals of the discipline
- Develops course materials for delivery, primarily in the traditional classroom setting and in various other modalities, as needed, including online and hybrid formats
- Serves on department, division, and College committees and other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:
Required Qualifications:
- Master's degree (M.B.A. or M.S.) in Business Administration or related business field from an accredited institution
- Minimum two years of college-level teaching experience
- Evidence of effective communication (interpersonal, speaking, and writing) skills
- Evidence of proficiency with technology
Preferred Qualifications:
- Awareness of the potential value of technology as a tool for teaching
- Experience with computerized student record management
- Experience with learning management systems such as Brightspace
- Bilingual and able to read, write, and speak Spanish or other languages proficiently
Additional Information:
Salary: Salary is determined based on experience, internal equity, and college budget. This position has a range of $52,000 to $60,000 yearly and is based on the mentioned factors.
