Your new role

As Facility Site Manager, Tokyo, you will be responsible for the commercial office in Tokyo, a remote site in Toyosu and a service office in Osaka. You will oversee facilities operations, lead operational budget planning, support multi-year capital planning, drive sustainability initiatives and continuously improve services. Close collaboration with internal teams, business stakeholders, vendors and building management will be critical to your success in the role.

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum 6yrs of experience in facilities management, including vendor management and project oversight
• Excellent leadership, communication and negotiation skills

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Commitment to sustainability and energy efficiency practice
• Fluent in English language and business level proficiency in Japanese
