We are proud of the role we play in the success of our clients, and we are grateful every day for the confidence they place in us.As a Senior Associate on the Commercial Banking event strategy team, you'll have the opportunity to manage the strategy, planning, and execution of Northeast and Southeast proprietary events and third party sponsorships. Responsibilities include managing multiple projects with a focus on data analysis, event coordination, and content development, while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to deliver impactful experiences for clients and partners.
Job responsibilities:
- Demonstrate strong sense of time management, prioritization and ability to execute against deliverables with attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
Ability to build reporting, analyze data and streamline information - Lead strategy for the Northeast Core segment, overseeing client engagement programming and budget management.
- Assist the Senior Strategy Manager with strategic client engagement initiatives in the Southeast Segment.
- Partner with the Event Production team to develop and execute best-in-class event and sponsorship programs.
- Provide hands-on event support, including logistics, attendee management, and on-site execution for Craft differentiated agendas, select and prepare speakers, and develop compelling event content.
- Support creation and execution of invites, event collateral, recaps, takeaways, and client stories.
Collect, clean, and validate event-related data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy. - Update budgets, secure approvals, document variances, and process payments for events and sponsorships.
- Analyze RSVP trends, attendance, and engagement metrics to inform and optimize event strategy.
Participate in annual planning, emphasizing innovative formats and differentiated content. - Oversee completion of program scorecards to capture and communicate key takeaways and business impact.
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:
- 6+ years of experience in event management, marketing, or communications;
- Requires travel (~20% of time) and off-hours event execution, including higher volume during busy seasons
- Proven ability to operate independently and drive success with minimal guidance
- Go-getter attitude, ready to contribute to a variety of projects, events and sponsorships
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Exceptional executive presence and professionalism when interacting with senior leaders and clients; able to build trust and collaborate effectively with
- Operate comfortably working in a matrix management organization structure stakeholders at all levels
- Utilize proficiency in Microsoft Suite programs, especially PowerPoint and Excel familiarity with Workfront and/or Stova.
