Are you passionate about guiding organizations through meaningful change and ensuring teams are ready for what's next?! Join us as an ERP Change Management Specialist , where you'll play a pivotal role in shaping how our people adopt and embrace a new ERP landscape.
In this position, you'll be at the forefront of our transformation-identifying key change impacts within your assigned workstream and across the business, and translating those insights into clear, actionable change and communication strategies. You'll partner closely with the ERP Utility Integration Program, future ERP transformation teams, and business change leaders to drive alignment, readiness, and successful end-user adoption.

What You Will Do:
- Partner across the OCM team in the coordination of overall change and business readiness activities, including the identification of change impacts and collaborator knowledge for Asset and Work Management (AWM) working with the project team and partners.
- Work with OCM counterparts to assess and classify workstream specific change impacts (people, process, technology) related to the ERP Program.
- Identify key collaborators and define their goals and expectations, including their levels of commitment and ability to influence the change process.
- Provide workstream specific input to design and deliver partner communications, engagements and performance support materials.
- Develop, lead and complete assigned communication or engagement campaigns. Provide input to design and deliver partner communications, training and performance support materials.
- Partner with Change Agents to identify people risks based on identified impacts and propose mitigation actions.
- Work closely with Role Mapping Advisors and business contacts to conduct role mapping activities for end user groups.
- Conduct business readiness assessments to determine the readiness for deployment, including adoption tracking and measurement.
- Develop content for change networks, leadership teams, Subject Matter Authorities and other groups in communicating key messages to partners.
- Serve as a main contact for SMEs providing support in stabilization and warranty periods. Triage questions during the intake process and lead responses to end users.
- Conduct knowledge transfer and transition activities in operational areas to support sustainment approach.
Who You Are:
You have:
- 7+ years of progressively responsible and related position experience in addition to a bachelor's degree/professional designation (i.e. Business, Organizational Behavior, Psychology, Communications or education)
- Enbridge knowledge to understand function processes, issues and challenges while being able to think creatively to resolve problems with a willingness to learn functional processes, issues and challenges
You can:
- Show a solid understanding of work management processes and work management systems (i.e. Maximo) while having previous experience on change initiatives, preferably systems and process changes associate with acquisition of organizations
- Manage partners and complete change management activities while exhibiting strong digital literacy, including intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office proficiency
You are:
- A strong verbal and written communicator with strong presentation skills to convey complex ideas in an easy-to-understand fashion
- A standout colleague who can work collaboratively with OCM counterparts, and other Functional Change Management Specialists and Business Unity Change teams along with being able to lead as you'll be responsible for coordinating the OCM needs of the function assigned area. Needs to be able to lead meetings to collect partner and change information and then synthesize in support of the change plans and execution
The following are considered assets:
- Knowledge in Operations along with Knowledge of Maximo or Oracle Cloud
- PROSCI, PMP, or Adult Education certifications
- Experience on other large transformation projects
Working Conditions:
- Work performed in a typical office environment with travel to other Enbridge locations required in key project phases (up to 25% at peak periods)
- Stress levels can be above normal as the work is highly visible and deadline driven. Numerous, often competing interests, must be managed concurrently while providing tactical and operational oversight, negotiating and influencing.

Physical Requirements:
Include but are not limited to: Grasping, kneeling, light - moderate lifting (objects up to 20 pounds), reaching above shoulder, repetitive motion, sitting, standing, visual requirement (able to see screens, detect color coding, read fine print), hearing requirement.

Include but are not limited to: Ability to: understand, remember and apply oral and/or written instructions or other information, understand complex problems and collaborate/explore alternative solutions, organize thoughts and ideas into understandable terminology, organize and prioritize work schedule on a short-term basis, make decisions which have moderate impact on the immediate work unit and monitor impact outside this area, understand and follow basic instructions and guidelines, complete routine forms, compose letters, outlines, memoranda and basic reports and communicate with individuals via telephone.
