| Job Summary | The Director of Benefits provides strategic leadership and operational oversight for the University's comprehensive benefits programs, ensuring they remain competitive, compliant, and aligned with organizational goals. This role manages all core employee and retiree benefit plans including self-funded medical plans and retirement programs, and leads a team of benefits professionals to deliver exceptional service and innovative solutions. The Director is responsible for financial stewardship, vendor management, compliance, and continuous improvement of benefit offerings. In addition, the Director oversees and champions health, wellness, and work-life initiatives to promote employee well-being, stress reduction, and financial security. |
