A large, reputable Corporate Bank with established presence in Asia is looking for a new Deputy Team Head to support leading the management reporting team.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage the management reporting team (
• Own the bank's Funds Transfer Pricing (FTP) framework - daily calculations, rate curve maintenance, product/business unit allocations, and profitability analysis.
• Prepare and analyze monthly/quarterly/annual management reports, delivering clear insights on business unit performance, product/customer profitability, and cost allocation.
• Drive budgeting, rolling forecasts, variance analysis, and provide actionable commentary to senior management.
• Collaborate with Treasury, Risk, and business lines to optimize FTP policies, reporting processes, and data quality.
• Lead key projects such as reporting automation, system enhancements, and regulatory change implementation.

Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree or above (Finance, Accounting, Economics or related); CPA/ACCA/CFA/FRM or equivalent strongly preferred.
• 8+ years of banking experience in management reporting, FP&A, or financial control.
• At least 4 years in a supervisory/team lead role managing finance professionals.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Funds Transfer Pricing (FTP) methodology and implementation in commercial banking.
• Solid knowledge of banking P&L drivers, budgeting/forecasting, variance analysis, and cost allocation.
• Excellent English (written & spoken) and fluent Mandarin (essential for head office interaction).
