Position Highlights:

• $22.93-$28.09/hour DOE with the ability to go higher for highly experienced candidates

What You'll Do:

• Operate and maintain the Mobile Dental Unit, including cleaning, sterilization, equipment safety, and driving to outreach locations

• Support patient care by preparing instruments, assisting with exams, documenting in EMR, and promoting patient comfort and privacy

• Provide administrative support such as registration, scheduling, encounter forms, and reconciling the cash box

• Educate patients on oral hygiene and assist with screenings, fluoride treatments, sealants, and other dental procedures

• Ensure compliance with infection control protocols, equipment security, and regulatory standards (TJC, HRSA, YVFWC)

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED

• Completion of a Dental Assisting Program

• One year's experience as a Dental Assistant

• Operating and maintaining recreation vehicles is preferred

• Registration as a Dental Assistant or EFDA certification (must be completed within 7 days of hire unless specifically approved by the Clinic Administrator)

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 90 days of hire

Other Requirements:

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) required at level 10

• Valid Driver's License and proof of automobile liability insurance coverage

• Class A or B Washington State Commercial Driver's License within 90 days of hire
