T3W Business Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Data Analyst to provide support and administrative services for a government client located at the NGB in Arlington, VA.
Job Duties
- Review all documents IAW AR 600-8-4, LOD Investigations Checklist to ensure all required documents are uploaded within the LOD Module, in MEDCHARTS.
- Analyze the packet and develop a draft memorandum based the diagnosis made by a government doctor. If the condition is in line of duty, the contractor shall annotate, on DD Form 261 for a formal LOD, or a DA Form 2173 for an informal, on a draft templated memorandum for review by approval authority.
- Respond to email or telephone inquiries related to LOD/INCAP matters to provide a status of the case. Respond to 500 calls/email weekly.
- Conduct LOD/ INCAP training on a quarterly basis utilizing approved NGB Training Plan, instructions, and Practical Exercises.
- Provide data to government lead for responses to congressional inquiries. Provide personnel data for Government lead to respond to 200 congressional annually.
- Provide data to government lead for response for LOD/INCAP appeal determinations. Provide data for 500 appeal determinations.
- MATS is a subcategory within MEDCHART and should be easily accessible with granted access to the appropriate contractors Medical Action Tracking System(MATS) is a web-based, workflow module for authorized users which manages medical waiver requests, General Officer Physicals, and Convalescent Leave requests. The module is an electronic means of submission, receipt, storage, processing, and tracking of the medical actions and waivers from Soldiers, Recruiting and Retention Managers (RRMs), and Military Entrance Processing Stations (MEPS) to the Clinical Section of the Army National Guard (ARNG) Surgeon's Office.
- Track the status of open medical actions and review closed medical actions
- Generate enhanced ARNG annual reports of medical waivers and exception activities
- Export reports to support the management of the overall process
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 3-5 years of experience
- Prior experience in the Army or National Guard
- Must be able to obtain a Common Access Card (CAC)
