Location: Mumbai, India

Role Description

• Trade Finance and Lending (TF&L) business in Corporate Bank specializes in providing comprehensive financial solutions to support Trade Finance activities, Documentary Trade Business, Working Capital management, corporate loans, Project Finance, Natural Resource Finance and Export Credit Agency (ECA) financing.
• We are looking for a highly motivated, detail-oriented, and experienced professional to join our Trade Finance & Lending Product & Process Management Team. In this role, you will play a crucial role with the wider onshore team to support Business Analysis tasks for various DB stakeholders across divisions.
• This position offers the chance to work in an international environment and to develop skills at the interface between business and technology.

Your key responsibilities

• Facilitate TFL product and process monitoring, user administration and product maintenance based on SAS or Python technology
• Work closely with the Business Analyst Team in Germany and further business and control function teams regarding:
  • In-time generation and distribution of reports and client notices
  • Quality assurance
  • Get familiar with the underlying SAS scripts, identify defects and improvement opportunities and perform defect handling and further development
• Be part of the SAS development community of Trade Finance & Lending, contribute to further product and process governance solutions going forward
• Administration of access rights for TFL Middle Office and Operations user groups with DB internal control systems like DB AccessGate and Accessio.

Your skills and experience

• Business or Master's degree
• 1-2 years of experience in analytics, in particular SAS, Python, SQL or similar coding expertise
• Strong analytical and documentation skills; comfort with financial data and working with large datasets.
• Ability to visualize datasets (e.g. via Tableau), create PowerPoint presentations
• High attention to detail and self-starter mentality
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Effective communicator with strong English writing and interpersonal skills.
  German language skills (read / write emails) is recommended but not essential
• Highly organized, proactive, self-driven, and comfortable working with virtual global teams.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
