Description
Cook Children's is looking for a Compensation Analyst to join our Compensation team. In your role as a Compensation Analyst, you will provide timely and accurate wage and salary analysis of the applicable local, regional, and national health care markets in order to establish, and maintain, competitive salary structures within Cook Children's Health Care System. Your duties will include job documentation, job evaluation, job description administration/maintenance, and salary administration. Also, you will be responsible for database administration, query and report writing functions.
This position can be hybrid after a training period of six months.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Management, Business Administration, or related field required
- Minimum 1 year experience in compensation administration, healthcare experience preferred
- Must have intermediate skills in Excel
