Your new role

As a senior analyst, you will be responsible for

• Oversee global client-servicing processes and manage inquiries, with a strong emphasis on daily support for clients based in Asia
• Build and maintain meaningful client relationships, driving operational excellence and seamless connectivity
• Collaborate closely with internal teams across multiple verticals to address and support all client-related needs

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor's degree in related fields with a strong academic record
• Minimally 2 years of experience in client services, preferably in financial services
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Mandarin is a requirement as you will need to engage with Chinese stakeholders
