About the Role:
As a Client Service Officer at Bountiful Wealth, you will play a vital role in our business by:
Preparing and implementing Statement of Advice/Record of Advice documents.
Completing, lodging, processing, and following up on client's investment, superannuation, pension, and insurance applications.
Monitoring applications and maintaining communication with providers until completion.
Managing investments in Direct shares and managed funds.
Assisting clients with Centrelink nominee access, applications, and updates.
Handling client Insurance claims and Deceased estate claims.
Accurately updating information in our client management system (Xplan).
Performing typical administration and customer service responsibilities.
Assisting advisers with client queries.
Skills and Experience:
To excel in this role, you should possess:
The ability to operate in a high-paced environment with unwavering attention to detail.
Preferred knowledge of Xplan or similar software.
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
A strong sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on our company's success.
A willingness to learn about the field of Financial planning.
