We are looking for a proactive, highly motivated and result oriented individual to add to the Facultative LatAm Business Services team within Reinsurance in São Paulo.

About the Role:

In this role, you will help the team providing support to Swiss Re's Fac Business Services Team, covering the P&C Business Portfolio of Latin America markets. Your key responsibilities are:

• Provides Business Services with all relevant support within Facultative Team for all non-client facing activities including day to day administration;
• Systems deal entry;
• Support with contract signatures and endorsements;
• Correspondence records management;
• General business support processes associated within Business Services Team;
• Provides Business Services with presentations, running reports as needed.

About the Team:

The Business Services team is a service focused team that process Facultative submissions for the P&C Latin American team and provides a first point of contact for our client's administrative needs.

About You:

We are looking for someone with an analytical profile, detailed driven, curious, accountable and team player. Interpersonal skills and ability to develop effective working relations in a multi-disciplinary and multi-cultural environment.

Must Have:

• Attending College of Business Administration, Economics, Actuary, Mathematics, or related fields. Graduation expected in 2027 or after.
• Advanced knowledge of English. Preferable intermediate knowledge of Spanish. You will work on a regional team (Latin America).
• Excellent organizer, flexible and able to work effectively under tight deadline.

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Tools, especially Excel
• Ability to cope with changes in tasks and priorities
• Reliable and self-reliant task manager
• Re/insurance knowledge is a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
