Business Analyst
We are looking for a committed and analytically strong Business Analyst to support our team in Cairo or Alexandria. Targeted information gathering and preparation, as well as the planning and management of our personnel resources, are key success factors for Global Development. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our strategic and operational decisions with well-founded data.
What makes your job exciting:
- Independent gathering and preparation of relevant data as part of our Strategic Workforce Planning
- Planning personnel requirements and analyzing available capacities, taking into account the skills and competencies of our employees
- Conducting evaluations on the project success of our development projects
- Analyzing our projects with regard to planned and achieved contribution margins and logged work
- Supporting the calculation of KPIs for our internal reporting
- General collection and preparation of data for the operational and strategic management of Global Development
- Close collaboration with departments and management to derive actionable recommendations
- Continuous development of our reporting and analysis processes
Your Talents:
- University degree in business, computer science, mathematics, or a comparable field
- Experience in data analysis, ideally in workforce planning or project controlling
- Strong skills in information gathering, data preparation, and working with analysis tools
- Outstanding skills in Microsoft Excel and ideally experience with Business Intelligence solutions (e.g. PowerBI or SAP Analytics Cloud)
- Excellent analytical abilities and a high degree of initiative
- Strong communication skills and the ability to present complex topics in an understandable way
- Passion for data-driven decision-making and the further development of Global Development
- Good german and very good English skills
