Description
Business FunctionCorporate and Investment Banking provides corporate customers with a full range of commercial banking products and services, including cash management services, current accounts, time deposits, trade finance, working capital finance, term loans and foreign exchange. Through our continued commitment, DBS has cultivated long-standing relationships with its customers in the region that are based on account relationship management, service differentiation, product development and rigorous credit standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead the custody product and solutions portfolio, executing strategic initiatives to drive growth and enhance customer experience
- Develop and manage the custody product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs
- Identify and assess market trends, competitive landscape, and customer requirements to inform product strategy and development
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, and technology, to deliver innovative custody solutions
- Manage product risks, including regulatory changes and operational risks, to ensure compliance and mitigate potential issues
- Develop and implement effective go-to-market strategies, including pricing, marketing, and sales support, to drive product adoption and revenue growth
- Monitor and analyze product performance metrics, customer feedback, and market intelligence to continuously improve and optimize the custody offering
- Represent the custody product portfolio and engage with key stakeholders, including clients, senior management, and industry forums
- Minimum 5 years of experience in product management, preferably in the securities services or transaction banking industry
- Strong understanding of custody services, including asset servicing, fund administration, and related products and solutions
- Proven track record in developing and executing successful product strategies, driving innovation, and delivering business results
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret market data, identify opportunities, and make data-driven decisions
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and present complex information to diverse audiences
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry trends in the securities services and transaction banking domains
- Proficient in using data analysis tools and techniques to measure and optimize product performance
