Our well-established, five-attorney firm is seeking a motivated Associate Attorney to join our growing Estate Planning, Probate, and Trust Administration practice. This is an outstanding opportunity for a candidate with a strong interest in estate law to gain hands-on experience in a collaborative, supportive, and client-focused environment.
About the Role
The Attorney will work on all aspects of estate planning and administration, including:
- Meeting with clients to advise on estate planning strategies and tax implications.
- Drafting Wills, Trusts, Powers of Attorney, and Health Care Directives.
- Handling probate and trust administration matters from start to finish.
- Managing cases using our electronic client database.
- Participating in legal research, problem-solving, and occasional cross-training in business law.

Qualifications
- J.D. from an accredited law school.
- Active member of the Oregon State Bar (required).
- Excellent written/oral communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Outlook.
