The RoleAssociate/AVP/VP, Strategy and Equity Management, Asset and Liability Management
Key Accountabilities
Strategic Management
- Assist supervisors in formulating, periodically reviewing, and revising the company's development plans; conduct regular evaluations of strategy implementation; coordinate the development of business operation plans; and assist relevant departments in advancing the execution of strategic plans;
- Assist supervisors in promoting the company's strategic tasks, benchmarking against peers to drive strategic transformation and implementation, and participate in completing major strategic projects as assigned;
- Assist supervisors in participating in internal and external thematic research, industry and peer investigations, key business strategies, and analysis major research project, as well as other tasks assigned by supervisors.
Equity Management
- Assist supervisors in conducting feasibility analysis of strategic investment projects, coordinate with relevant departments to execute the company's strategic investment projects. Organize relevant departments to conduct comprehensive evaluation and periodic review of strategic investment projects. Organize internal and external parties to conduct comprehensive analysis of strategic investment projects with significant risks that do not meet expected goals, and coordinate with relevant departments for necessary divestitures and closure of entities. Complete other ad hoc tasks assigned by supervisors.
Skills & Experience
- Degree in Economics/Finance/Business Administration/Law or a related field;
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience, preference with experience in mergers and acquisitions, capital operations, and property rights management in state-owned enterprises;
- Candidates with over 2 years of full time working experience in Hong Kong or overseas is considered as an advantage;
- Strong analytical skills, financial skills and legal knowledge;
- Proficient in written and communication skills in both Chinese and English. Must be fluent in Mandarin;
- Excellent coordination skills and strong internal and external communication abilities;
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
