The Role

Associate/AVP/VP, Strategy and Equity Management, Asset and Liability Management

Key Accountabilities

• Assist in organizing the formulation, periodic review, and revision of the company's development plan; conducting regular comprehensive evaluations of strategic execution; coordinating the formulation of business operation and development plans; assist relevant departments in promoting the execution of strategic plans;
• Assist in liaising with the head office to advance the company's strategic tasks, benchmark against industry peers to drive strategic transformation and implementation, and organizing the completion of major strategic projects;
• Assist in organizing internal and external thematic studies, industry research, peer benchmarking, key business strategy studies, or major project analysis reports, as well as other tasks assigned by leadership.

Skills & Experience

• At least Bachelor's Degree in economics, finance, or a related field;
• At least 3 years of relevant work experience, with priority given to those with experience in strategic planning and business management, project management.
• Candidates with over 2 years of full time working experience in Hong Kong or overseas is considered as an advantage;
• Strong strategic analysis skills, foundational knowledge in finance and law, and excellent written communication skills in both Chinese and English;
• Strong coordination and internal/external communication abilities for multi-task projects.
