Our client is a recognized private equity real estate fund focused on the residential for rent sector. You will work alongside a team of talented asset management professionals, playing a crucial role in achieving the portfolio's long-term investment goals and driving revenue optimization. This is a full-time position based in Mexico City with a hybrid work schedule. What the job involves
- Develop, review, and update financial models for individual properties and the overall portfolio
- Assist in the creation of annual budgets and monitor actual performance against targets
- Prepare reports and dashboards that track key operational metrics (e.g., occupancy, maintenance, rent collections) and investment KPIs (e.g., YoC, IRR, NOI margin)
- Analyze performance data to identify opportunities for revenue growth and operational efficiency
- Support initiatives to automate workflows and enhance the use of existing systems and tools
- Conduct market and comparable property analysis to support pricing and revenue management strategies
- Oversee the implementation and tracking of capital expenditure plans across the portfolio
- Work closely with internal teams (Investments, Operations, Leasing) to ensure strategic alignment with investment objectives
- Track industry trends and best practices in the U.S. and Mexico multifamily markets to recommend improvements for assets or processes
- Experience in asset management, real estate, private equity, investment banking, or consulting is desirable
- Bachelor's degree in civil/chemical/industrial engineering, Economics or Finance
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is a must
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish required
