Anticipated Instructional Openings - 2026-2027 School Year

Randolph Central School District is seeking highly qualified, student-centered educators for anticipated instructional openings for the 2026-2027 school year. Anticipated Openings:

Special Education Teacher

Certification Requirement:
NYS Students with Disabilities Certification (any grade level) required; candidates who are currently completing certification requirements and expect to be certified by September 1, 2026 are encouraged to apply.

Speech Teacher (Speech-Language Pathologist / Teacher of Speech and Language Disabilities)

Certification Requirement:
NYS Certification as Teacher of Students with Speech and Language Disabilities (TSSLD) required; candidates who are currently completing certification requirements and expect to be certified by September 1, 2026 are encouraged to apply.

Elementary Teacher

Certification Requirement:
NYS Childhood Education Certification (Birth-Grade 6) required; candidates who are currently completing certification requirements and expect to be certified by September 1, 2026 are encouraged to apply.

Art Teacher

Certification Requirement:
NYS Art Certification (appropriate grade level) required; candidates who are currently completing certification requirements and expect to be certified by September 1, 2026 are encouraged to apply.

AIS Reading Teacher / Literacy Specialist

Certification Requirement:
NYS Literacy Certification (Birth-Grade 6 or 5-12) preferred; candidates who are currently completing certification requirements and expect to be certified by September 1, 2026 are encouraged to apply.

ENL Teacher

Certification Requirement:
NYS English to Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL/ENL) Certification required; candidates who are currently completing certification requirements and expect to be certified by September 1, 2026 are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications for All Positions:

• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively as part of a professional learning community
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Commitment to equity and inclusive instructional practices
• Familiarity with MTSS, data-driven instruction, and culturally responsive teaching practices preferred
• Competitive salary commensurate with experience, minimum of $48,114 (Step 1 + Master's degree stipend).
