Job overview and responsibilities

The Analyst - Technical Services supports Technical Operations by managing data, reports, and dashboards related to job orders, audits, and operational performance. This role focuses on data accuracy, analysis, reporting, and system usage, with regular coordination with teams in India and the USA.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and maintain reports using Excel and Power BI
• Validate and analyze data; resolve data issues
• Build dashboards and basic trend analysis
• Prepare summaries and presentations
• Support audits, reporting automation, and process improvements

This position is offered on local terms and conditions. Expatriate assignments and sponsorship for employment visas, even on a time-limited visa status, will not be awarded. This position is for United Airlines Business Services Pvt. Ltd - a wholly owned subsidiary of United Airlines Inc.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Aeronautical / Aerospace Engineering or a related technical field (or equivalent experience).
• 2+ year of experience in a technical, engineering, or analyst support role (aviation preferred).
• Good communication skills (written and verbal English).
• Working knowledge of Advanced Excel and Power BI.

Preferred Qualifications

• Basic understanding of aircraft systems and configuration.
• Experience working with global or cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Aviation or technical operations experience (preferred)
