Amazon E-Commerce Manager - Content, Personal Health (Stamford, CT)
The E-Commerce Manager plays a key role in developing and delivering the best-in-class consumer experience and content for Amazon.com for the North America region (NAR)-leveraging consumer insights & competitive analysis to lead and implement a content strategy across PDP (Product Detail Page) & Brand Store for our 3 key categories in Personal Health: male grooming, mother & child care and oral healthcare.
Your role:
- Lead and own the creation and implementation of the Personal Health (PH) NAR Amazon 360 Strategic Plan (Organic), managing relationships between the Integrated Agency Team, Amazon Ads, Philips Amazon Sales Team, and external partners.
- Oversee content strategy and execution for Amazon, ensuring alignment with customer and category needs across all Amazon eCommerce properties including deployment and coordination, translation and localization, and more.
- Manage all brand stores (US & CA), including ASIN refreshes, layout updates, and new page additions. Recommend new content to drive brand advocacy, product education, and customer engagement, informed by industry trends and competitive analysis.
- Manage the Agency to develop and execute a comprehensive Digital Shelf Plan, including: SEO/GEO content, Above-the-Fold (ATF) and Below-the-Fold (BTF) content (Premium A+ & Enriched Content), Amazon Brand Stores, competitive content positioning and AI content enrichment.
- Work with core teams on A/B testing for copy, assets, and more.
- Lead strategic discussions around how to best optimize our Amazon content and weigh in on our evolving optimization strategy. Share market insights with internal regional stakeholders, cross-functional global teams, and agencies for better relevancy and collaboration.
You're the right fit if:
- You've acquired 2+ years of experience in areas such as Digital Marketing Agency, E-commerce Platform, Marketing Research, Data Analysis or equivalent. Amazon or omnichannel experience preferred.
- Your skills include:
- Proficiency in e-commerce platform management.
- Strong project management skills.
- Ability to manage projects and collaborate cross-functionally.
- Expertise in strategic marketing (SEO, GEO, etc.).
- Insight into consumer experience and behavior, with a strategic view of their journey.
- Conducting and analyzing A/B tests.
- Competence in data analysis and interpretation for actionable insights.
- Capability to optimize processes for enhanced efficiency.
- Expertise in digital merchandising.
- You have a Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, E-Commerce Management or equivalent. (No prior experience required with a Master's degree.)

- You have the ability to influence and build strong working relationships, excel in stakeholder management, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and have excellent presentation and communication skills.
How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company's facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company's main facilities, generally at the customers' or suppliers' locations.

Philips Transparency Details
The pay range for this position in Stamford, CT is $106,680 to $170,688.
The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered. Employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive Philips Total Rewards benefits program, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more. At Philips, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each case.
Additional Information
US work authorization is a precondition of employment. The company will not consider candidates who require sponsorship for a work-authorized visa, now or in the future.
Company relocation benefits will not be provided for this position. For this position, you must reside in or within commuting distance to Stamford, CT.
