Are you an experienced accounts professional with a background in the legal industry? This reputable Southport-based law firm is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Accounts & Administration Officer to join their team on a part-time basis.
Your New Role
In this dynamic and flexible position, you'll be responsible for:

Managing trust accounting in compliance with legal regulations

Processing accounts payable and performing bank reconciliations

Handling end-of-month reporting and financial administration

Supporting general office administration and client billing

Ensuring accuracy and confidentiality across all financial records

What You'll Need to Succeed
To thrive in this role, you'll bring:

Proven experience in the legal industry (essential)

Strong knowledge of trust accounting and legal compliance

Proficiency in accounts payable, reconciliations, and month-end processes

High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills

Availability for an immediate start and flexibility with working hours
