Description
One of our clients is in need of a nurse Mondays through Fridays 8 AM - 4:30 PM at IDD group homes in the Lebanon/Pine Grove/Harrisburg areas! Your own reliable transportation is required as you will visit multiple homes throughout the day. 6 months experience required!$38/hour+
CLIENT'S AVAILABLE HOURS:
Mondays through Fridays: 8 AM - 4:30 PM
SUMMARY OF CLIENT'S DESCRIPTION OF THIS OPPORTUNITY
Provide nursing care to individuals with intellectual & developmental disabilities at group homes.
Monitor the ongoing health status of patients.
Document progress notes.
CLIENT'S REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Current & valid LPN License in the state of PA
Resume
Valid CPR Certification
Government Issued Photo ID
Personal, Reliable Transportation
TB Test (2 step, chest x-ray, or Q gold)
Physical
6 Months Experience
Supply or pass a PA State Criminal Background Check
Supply or pass 8-panel drug screening
